There were so many great moments, so many great episodes. But then… And then of course Seasons 5 and 6 were mostly pretty boring. But they really had their moments, even among the show’s best episodes. In season 7, you could really see the decline in quality. It all seemed so rushed that most of it was really stupid. Season 8 is the biggest disappointment I have ever seen. Everything seemed even more rushed I have never seen anything more terrible. The ending was the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. All the characters were so stupid. And all the characters were basically ruined by the script. Overall I still give it a 9/10 just for the first half of the series. And of course it had its moments I would still consider this series a masterpiece and recommend it 100%. This really is a must watch series.

Everything he touches turns to gold. One of the other writers is Terence Winter, who wrote shows like The Sopranos & Boardwalk Empire. There was no way this show could be bad with these two at the helm.
