Blades in the Darkness tells the story of four friends with different ambitions. Three of them are ambitious young entrepreneurs who are smuggling money into Tirana, Albania and are looking to transform a forgotten wartime bunker on the outskirts of the city into a trendy new restaurant. The fourth, however, is a desperate man who will do anything to pay off a dangerous debt to a ruthless local mafia boss. As the group is hunted down one by one, the gruesome history of the sawmill begins to come to light, revealing a tangled tale of violence, vengeance and madness. With no escape and no place to hide, the friends must face their deepest fears and discover the truth before they become the next victims.
